What models do the trackballs you sell work with?
Our trackballs work with all Blackberry models that use the trackball (as opposed to the track wheel). As of now, this includes all models in the Curve, Pearl or 8800 series, specifically:

Are the trackballs covered by a warranty?
All of our trackballs are tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to work on arrival. If you receive a defective trackball, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will accept a return. After 48 hours, we offer no warranty protection.
Unfortunately, since installing the trackball is a sensitive procedure and it is possible to damage the retaining clip, we cannot offer any protection for broken clips.
Can I track my order?
This depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout. The USPS does not issue tracking numbers for USPS First Class Mail. As a result, these orders cannot be tracked. Please be aware of this when placing your order. Orders sent via FedEx and USPS Priority Mail do have tracking numbers which we include in our shipping confirmation e-mail.
How do I pay? / What is Google Checkout?
We accept online payments through our website via Google Checkout.
Google Checkout is a new form of online payment. With Google Checkout, you provide your credit card information to Google, who processes the order and sends us your payment. We have no access to your card number or sensitive data, which is protected by Google's strong security. Google Checkout will also save your credit card informaion, making ordering with other Google Checkout sites fast and easy. If you would prefer to pay via another method, such as PayPal, please contact us and we will be glad to process your order manually.
Do you accept returns?
Aside from trackballs that arrive defective, as described above, we do not accept returns on our products.
Should I Install My Own Trackball?
Installing a trackball is a sensitive procedure. Removing the old trackball exposes the sensitive inner components of the device. If you have no experience working with technical components than you should consider hiring someone to install the trackball for you or using our repair service. However, if you have already lost your trackball, popping a new one in is not an overly complex process. Please note that we cannot accept any liability for any damage you do installing a new trackball.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Shipping times vary by method and are dependent on the carrier. The following are the guidelines provided by the carriers for the various shipping methods we offer:
- USPS First Class Mail - This method is the slowest we offer and can take up to 14 business days. Usually delivery time is much less but we cannot offer any type of timing guarantee.
- USPS Priority Mail - 2 - 3 USPS mail days (Monday - Saturday)
- FedEx (Standard, Priority and First) Overnight Service - Next Business Day. If you would like Saturday Delivery service, please contact us directly.
